Are an opportunity to take your experiences of a weekly class a little further or deeper. They are also a good introduction to the Feldenkrais Method.
I usually choose a theme evolving from my classes or in which I am particularly interest in at the moment.
A Feldenkrais workshop exlusively for yoga teachers and students.
Sitting, either in daily life or in yoga is often more challenging than other positions, yet it is an integral part of our human movement repertoire.
In this workshop we will explore unusual and surprising ways to come into sitting and to maintain sitting positions easily. We will look at sitting from a developmental point of view but relate it to everyday life and to yoga asanas.
The gained experiences will help us to sit comfortably for longer and can facilitate your meditation and/or pranayama practice.

A workshop for Feldenkrais practitioners who are interested in working with children. We will look into the questions ‘How does working with children differ from working with adults and what stays the same? How do we as practitioners think when we work with children and what practical issues do we have to consider?’
I will draw on my experience of having been working as a kindergarten teacher for ten years, having my own child, working with children of different ages and abilities as a Feldenkrais teacher, reading around the subject, having attended an Advanced Training with Arlyn Zones on the theme and attending the current Child’Space training in Amsterdam with Chava Shelhav.
I will teach some ATM and will include some FI work and we could look at some books and toys that I have found useful in my work with children.
I am also happy to explore any ideas you might have to make this day as collaborative and practical as we can.
