After many years of working with children and exploring various movement disciplines, I trained as a Feldenkrais teacher in Italy, becoming a practitioner in 1997. Since then I have been developing my private practice alongside teaching regular classes and workshops. In 2006 I completed a three years mentoring course in Amsterdam and I now also work with students taking part in a Feldenkrais training or with newly qualified practitioners. Currently I am participating in Chava Shelhav's Child' Space training in Amsterdam where I deepen my understanding of how to apply the Feldenkrais Method to babies.

I am continuously intrigued by the Feldenkrais Methods combination of movement, learning and psychology and by our latent human potential for growth and well-being.

In my private practise I enjoy working with children and adults of all ages and abilities. Many people I work with experience restrictions in movement and pain and are looking for ways to learn to move more easily and comfortably again. Others are wanting to improve an existing skill in sports, dance, drama, music or martial arts. I also help people who are recovering from an injury and work with people with neurological disturbances such as Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Cerebral Palsy and Motor Neuron Disease.

I understand my teaching as creating an environment for learning where people learn from their own exploration and experience guided by their sensations of comfort and ease. I am interested in helping people to sense themselves and the way they move more clearly so that possible movement habits and holding patterns can become perceptible and we can find ways of reducing effort, learning to move more easily, comfortably and efficiently.
