Is a one to one lesson for people who would like or need more individual help with their particular interest or difficulty.
Students may be looking for help in recovering from an injury or with a chronic pain situation, would like to improve their skills in athletics or the performance arts or are looking for help with a neurological condition.
Before you lie on a low, padded table your teacher will discuss with you what you would like to improve and together you will observe how you move in different situations, noticing where you maybe experience difficulty.
Exploring this further lying on the table, your teacher will touch and gently guide you to new or maybe just forgotten, more comfortable ways of moving. Sensing more clearly how you move and hold yourself will help you to release tension, breath more fully and feel more comfortable in yourself.
In the end of the lesson your teacher may suggest movements you can practice at home to support your learning and to help you bring the discoveries made during the lesson into your daily life.
